Description
This carefully crafted monochrome mini linocut print captures Verona’s iconic Roman amphitheatre. In the foreground sits a large head that formed part of the set for a play that had just finished playing at the theatre.
It has been hand carved from lino and handprinted using my vintage Adana 8/5 letterpress, a wonderful old press once used for reproducing leaflets and small brochures.
