‘Winter Pheasant’
This original linocut print was inspired by a wonderful ramble on the North Yorkshire Moors in the month of December. This snowy scene was designed from the sketches made whilst out on the moor in Winter. The final print incorporates several studies made to form the composition featuring beautiful pheasants, that had been feeding by the barbed wire fence and burdock, on the edge of the fields.
A perfect piece for those who love nature and the countryside.
